We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, apply to be a driver partner, request a campaign proposal, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, vehicle information, and payment details.
We also collect information automatically when you use our services, including device information, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our website and services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about products, services, and events offered by Wrapped and others.
For driver partners, we use GPS and location data to verify route completion, calculate impressions, and generate campaign performance reports for our advertising clients. This data is aggregated and anonymized before being shared with advertisers.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information with service providers that help operate our services and, when you opt in, with the analytics, advertising and visitor identification providers described below. Advertising and identification disclosures may constitute “sale” or “sharing” under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out using Cookie settings. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. Cookies, Analytics and Visitor Identification
Essential functions, including Cloudflare Turnstile form security and saving your privacy choices, operate without optional tracking. Our forms and case study access do not require you to accept optional trackers.
With your consent, we use these optional services:
- HubSpot (CRM analytics): measures visits and page activity and may associate browsing with an existing contact in our CRM. HubSpot privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics): measures visits, traffic sources and site activity using browser identifiers. Google advertising features are disabled in this installation. Google privacy policy.
- Meta and LinkedIn (advertising): measure advertising performance and build audiences for personalised advertising. They may match browser identifiers with accounts on their services. Meta privacy policy and LinkedIn privacy policy.
- Instantly/Leadsy (visitor identification): uses pages visited, browsing activity, IP address and device/browser information with third-party data to identify visitors and enrich business contact details. We may use those profiles for personalised sales outreach. Instantly states that its visitor identification covers US-based traffic. Instantly privacy policy.
- Apollo (visitor identification): tracks website visits and device information to identify visiting businesses and support sales prospecting. Apollo privacy policy.
These providers may process information outside your country. Optional tracking is blocked until you affirmatively accept the corresponding purpose. You may accept all, reject all optional tracking, or choose purposes individually. We respect Global Privacy Control by disabling all optional tracking when that browser signal is enabled.
Change cookie preferences or opt out of sale/sharing at any time. Your choice and its timestamp are stored on this browser for 180 days, after which we ask again. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and reloads the page to stop already-loaded trackers. We remove known accessible first-party tracking cookies; we cannot delete third-party cookies on another provider’s domain or information already received by a provider. Browser settings and the providers’ privacy controls offer additional options.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Driver location data is retained for 24 months following the end of a campaign for verification and audit purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices

8. Canadian Privacy Law (PIPEDA)
Wrapped Media Inc. complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access your personal information held by Wrapped, request corrections, and withdraw consent for its use. We will respond to access requests within 30 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
